Installation requirements
① According to the model specifications of the correct selection of transmission sprocket model.
② Check whether the position of the transmission sprocket (transmission output countershaft, wheel hub, etc.) is in good condition, otherwise it is necessary to repair or replace the relevant parts.
③ Install the main and driven sprocket in place according to the correct method, and tighten the fasteners to meet the specified torque requirements.
④ After installing the transmission chain and adjusting the tightness, check whether the chain and sprocket are smooth and coplanar, and there is no interference with the chain cover.
Note:
① The driven sprocket should have anti-loosening measures.
② After the driven sprocket is loaded, the regulator and the rear swing frame (also called the rear wheel fork) should be used to adjust the rear wheel shaft, so that it can prevent the rear wheel from running off and avoid the early wear of the sprocket and chain.
③ Sprockets and chains are best replaced at the same time, if only one of them is replaced, it will aggravate the wear of both sides.
Due to the high speed of the driving sprocket and the small number of teeth, under the same conditions, the wear is faster than the driven wheel, which is normal.
⑤ It is necessary to clean and lubricate the transmission chain and transmission sprocket regularly to improve its service life.

Sprocket disassembly
1. Drive sprocket
The drive sprocket is splined with the engine output shaft and fixed with a splined baffle or nut. When disassembling, the sprocket cover can be removed, the chain can be removed, and the spline baffle or fixing nut can be unscrewed to pull out the small sprocket. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
2. Driven sprocket
① Support the main support frame so that the rear wheel is cocked.
② Loosen the rear axle fastening nut and the regulator nut, and remove the chain box and chain.
③ Disassemble the rear brake pull rod and pull out the rear wheel assembly together.
④ Remove the bolts, nuts or stop rings fixing the sprocket, and remove the rear wheel hub or pin bolt of the sprocket.
Perform the installation in reverse order. And tighten the sprocket fixing nut or bolt (30-50N) according to the specified torque. M) and rear axle nuts (50-80N. M).
